With an entrepreneurial drive and countless connections in real estate, John Ursini is a natural in his position as Vice President of Commercial Sales at Commonwealth Land Title Company. He is deeply rooted in the Orange County community, connecting with all types of people through real estate events, youth organizations, sports, and his self-owned and operated restaurant. Through his restaurant business, John gained in-depth understanding of the critical nature of strategic planning and the importance of developing and maintaining professional relationships. Today he utilizes those skills in the commercial real estate arena.

As Vice President of Commercial Sales, John works closely with his commercial team to keep his clients happy and successfully navigate and close deals. His diverse clientele includes commercial brokers, lenders, principals, builders, and developers. Supporting John is a team of experienced and talented professionals with Commonwealth Land Title’s National Commercial Services division including title, escrow, and underwriting staff.

John is often described by his clients as dependable, responsive, and an excellent communicator. Having been called “Johnny on the spot,” he is an upbeat multitasker who is serious about his career.

John was born in Illinois, and in 1966, he moved to the Orange County area with his family. He still resides in the area with his wife, four young children, and dog. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from UCLA, and today he takes classes or webinars to further his knowledge. In his spare time, he is a sports enthusiast who keeps busy with golf, soccer, and his kids’ athletic activities.
