Focused and hardworking, Victoria Hunt has spent the past three decades in sales in the title insurance industry. As Director of Affordable Housing Services for Commonwealth’s National Commercial Services division, her niche is handling all aspects of Affordable Housing deals, including HUD, tax credits, and bond transactions. This real estate niche is an intricate one, requiring great effort, planning and attention to detail, however it is especially worthwhile and rewarding in its nature.

She is a member of SCANPH, the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing. She is also a member of the Commonwealth’s Million Dollar Club, a recognition she has earned repeatedly for closing more than $1 million in one year.

Raised in London, Victoria now resides in Southern California with her lawyer husband, four horses and two cats. She enjoys being healthy, gardening, hiking, traveling, and horseback riding.
