Since joining Commonwealth, Kathy has closed over 500 affordable housing transactions.
Her commercial portfolio includes marquee assets such as LA Live and the Ritz Carlton hotel, condominium, and retail components, Union Bank Tower, 1 Wilshire, California Plaza, 777 Tower, City National Bank, Capital Records, and 801 Wilshire. She has also worked on major entertainment and sports properties including North Star Ski Resort, Squaw Valley Ski Resort, Kirkwood Ski Resort, Staples Center, The Coliseum, The Forum, and Hollywood Park. Her shopping center closings include Golden Valley Shopping Center, Del Amo Mall, The Block at Orange, and The Americana at Brand. Her affordable housing work includes projects such as Buckingham Apartments, Chinatown Metro, Towers on 19th, Bethlehem Towers, and the Desmond Building.
The title industry has always been part of Kathy’s life. Both of her parents worked for companies within the Fidelity National Financial family, the same parent organization that Commonwealth Land Title belongs to today.
