Zenny Cabagbag is an Escrow Officer at Commonwealth National Commercial Services, supporting the Silicon Valley office with over 30 years of extensive title and escrow experience, specializing in a wide range of transactions including commercial properties, land acquisition, construction loans, ranch acquisition, new homes sale outs and resale, commercial and residential.  She is a trusted point of contact for clients, lenders, and agents. 

Her responsibilities include prioritizing files, calculating premiums and closing costs, preparing closing documents, ensuring compliance with transactions, and reviewing title and escrow packages for accuracy. She is known for delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong communication throughout the life cycle of each file. Among her notable accomplishments are successfully coordinating multi-parcel closings across several counties simultaneously and completing a complex acquisition at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.  Zenny is known for her reliability, proactive, and very adaptable. Zenny enjoys the active lifestyle with her husband. She has two daughters and is a proud grandmother of five. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, jet skiing in the summer, and engaging in snowy activities during the winter.
